The Venue
The name comes from the canaves — the seventeenth-century wine cellars hewn into Santorini’s volcanic rock — that a local family restored into one of the island’s most storied hotels. Today those caves and terraces stack down the cliff at the quiet edge of Oia, facing the sunset across the caldera. For weddings, that means ceremonies staged against the caldera at golden hour, candlelit dinners on private terraces, and a collection of suites and villas that lets your closest guests wake up inside the celebration itself.
