What a wedding in Paros costs in 2027

Paros does not have one price. Across the four Paros venues in our collection the published starting figures run from €3,080 to €15,000 — and those two numbers are not describing the same purchase. One buys a day on an empty estate. The other buys a hotel that cooks, pours and sleeps most of your guest list. This guide takes the four apart so you know which figure you are actually comparing.

The short answer

Five things move the number on Paros, in roughly this order of force: how many people you invite, whether they sleep at the venue, how many nights the venue requires, who cooks, and which part of the season you book. Nothing else in the budget shifts as much. Below is every Paros venue we hold, with the figures exactly as the venues state them.

The starting price is three different products

Put the four side by side and the headline figures look like a simple ladder. They are not. They are three separate ways of buying a wedding, and each one leaves a different amount of the budget still to find.

Day hire, everything else brought in. The Secret View at Fladakia Estate, a 40-acre family estate on the hills above Golden Beach, opens at €3,080 for exclusive one-day hire in the off-peak season for up to 50 guests, rising to €5,560 in the high season for celebrations of over 100 guests. That fee buys the ground: a lower terrace with 180 degree views over Golden Beach Bay, an upper pergola for the cocktail hour, a stone outdoor salon, and the estate chapel of St. Marina for a religious or symbolic ceremony. Catering comes from a recommended list and is quoted to you separately, as is almost everything else. It is the lowest entry figure on the island for us and the one with the most lines left underneath it.

Hire with the beds folded in. Anthemion Villas & Suites near Agia Irini beach starts at €4,500 with accommodation included: all three villas, exclusively yours, sleeping up to 20. Two of the villas hold three bedrooms each and one holds four, plus a honeymoon suite with a private jacuzzi. Villa Mira Paros, cliffside above Parasporos beach, also starts at €4,500, and that figure covers a 3 night stay for 22 guests plus the wedding setup and the cleaning. Compare either against the Fladakia day rate and the gap narrows sharply, because a large hotel line has already been absorbed.

The hotel. Parilio, on the northern coast near Naoussa, starts at €15,000. It is the largest figure of the four and the one that carries the most inside it: an in-house kitchen working with Greek and Mediterranean cooking, a licensed bar, a bridal changing room, a pool, and beds for up to 66 across suites and private villas, some with private pools or outdoor jacuzzis. Full exclusivity is not listed against it, which is the honest trade — you are marrying at a working hotel rather than taking a property off the market.

Guest count is the first fork in the road

On Paros the guest list does not merely change the catering total; it decides which venues will speak to you at all. The four we hold sit at genuinely different scales, and there is very little overlap between the ends.

Anthemion is the smallest: 20 at the ceremony on the terrace above the Aegean, 30 at the reception. Villa Mira seats ceremonies of 15 to 50 on its terrace, with a reception minimum of 5 — worth noting that its ceremony floor of 15 rules it out for a two-person elopement. Parilio holds 100 for both ceremony and reception in its stone courtyards. Fladakia is the only one of the four built for a large wedding: 150 at the ceremony, 200 at the reception, spread across three outdoor areas.

If your list is over 100, Fladakia is the only Paros venue we currently hold that can seat it, and the high-season figure of €5,560 is the one to work from rather than the off-peak €3,080. If your list is under 30, three of the four are open to you and the arithmetic gets much kinder, because catering and drinks are the lines that multiply.

Where your guests sleep changes the whole budget

This is the line couples most often forget to compare, and on an island it is the biggest one after catering. Three of our four Paros venues sleep the wedding party. Parilio takes up to 66. Villa Mira sleeps up to 26 in en-suite rooms across four villas, one with 2 bedrooms and three with 3. Anthemion sleeps up to 20 across its three. Fladakia sleeps 2, in a restored stable called the Moon Suite, which gives the couple somewhere to get ready and stay the first night while everyone else books a hotel.

On-site beds do not delete the accommodation cost, they relocate it — out of a separate hotel block and into the venue line. That is why comparing €4,500 at Anthemion, where accommodation is included, against €3,080 at Fladakia, where it is not, tells you almost nothing until you have priced the rooms your guests would otherwise book. All four venues keep a hotel recommendation list for the guests who do not fit on site.

Minimum stays are a cost line, not a detail

Both villa complexes price weddings in nights. Anthemion runs on a 5-night minimum in high season and a 3-night minimum in low season. Villa Mira uses the same shape: 5 nights minimum in high season, dropping to 3 in low. Its starting figure of €4,500 is explicitly a 3 night stay for 22 guests, which means the published number describes a low-season booking. Ask what the same villas cost across five high-season nights before you set the budget, because that is the version most couples end up booking, and it is not the figure on the page.

Catering: the line that scales with your list

Only one of our four Paros venues publishes a per-head figure. Villa Mira lists catering at €90 per person and drinks at €35 per person, with an in-house kitchen, a licensed bar and a sound system on site. Parilio also caters in-house, drawing on seasonal Greek and Mediterranean cooking served at candlelit tables, without publishing a rate. Anthemion and Fladakia both work from a recommended caterer list, so the food is a separate contract and a separate negotiation.

This matters more than the hire fee once your list passes about forty people. A venue fee is fixed; catering and drinks are per person, every time. When you ask a Paros venue for a quote, ask for the per-head food and drink rate in the same message as the hire fee. Without both, two quotes cannot be compared, and the cheaper-looking one is often the more expensive wedding.

Exclusive use, licences and the questions the listings do not answer

Three of the four list full exclusivity: Anthemion, Fladakia and Villa Mira. Parilio does not, which is what you would expect of a hotel taking other guests. Two are licensed for marriage on site — Anthemion and Fladakia — and Fladakia's white and blue chapel of St. Marina is there for a religious or symbolic service and for the couple's portraits afterwards. Villa Mira is the only one of the four that lists fireworks as permitted, and the only one with a helipad.

One thing none of the four records states is a music curfew. On a Greek island, with villas in residential pockets and a hotel with other guests in the building, that is the first question to put in writing. Ask when amplified music must stop, whether the answer changes for an indoor space, and whether a late licence exists at any price. It is a cheap question that has ruined the shape of plenty of receptions.

Season, and what it actually costs you

Fladakia is the only Paros venue in our collection that publishes both ends of its own range, and it is instructive: €3,080 off-peak for up to 50 guests against €5,560 in high season for over 100. Two variables move at once there, season and size, so it is not a clean read on the season premium — but the direction is unambiguous. The villa complexes express the same pressure in nights rather than euros, going from a 3-night minimum to a 5-night minimum when the island fills. Either way, the shoulder of the season is where a Paros budget breathes.

Getting everyone to the island

Three of the four record their distance from the airport. Anthemion is 7km from Paros Airport, Villa Mira 10km, and Parilio 18km from Paros National Airport, with the harbour town of Naoussa close by. Fladakia's record carries no airport distance; it sits above Golden Beach on the eastern side of the island. None of these are long transfers by destination-wedding standards, but they are transfers, and guests arriving by ferry into Paroikia will need collecting too. Budget for shuttles and tell people the plan early — on a small island, everyone arriving at once is the logistics problem, not the distance.

How to read a Paros quote

Three questions turn four incomparable headline figures into a decision. First: what does the starting price include — bare hire, or hire plus nights? At Anthemion the answer is accommodation included; at Villa Mira it is 3 nights for 22 guests plus setup and cleaning; at Fladakia it is the estate for a day. Second: what is the per-head rate for food and drink, and does the venue cook or does a caterer come in? Third: how many nights must you take on your date, in your season? Get those three answers from each venue and the ladder from €3,080 to €15,000 stops being a ladder and starts being a set of genuinely different weddings, of which one will suit you.
